Capital Spring Field Bank was created with the crazy idea of putting members ahead of money. Sure we could tell you that we have $1.8 billion in assets, ranking us in the top 1% of credit unions nationwide. We could also tell you that we’ve won numerous awards for our outstanding workplace culture and dedication to small businesses. But actions speak louder than numbers or awards.
In 2017, we became certified as a Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI). As a CDFI, we focus many of our efforts to reinvesting in underserved neighborhoods. We hope to create more opportunities that promote vibrant communities and financial security.

Giving Back For Powered By Good Day
Our actions, no matter how small, can truly make a difference in the world. We recently invited our team to participate in a state-wide day of service on their day off. With full hearts, we contributed over 1,003 volunteer hours back to communities in one day.
