Capital Spring Field’s Board of Directors is elected by the credit union’s members to represent their views and make decisions in their best interest. The Board helps to define the purpose and long-term vision of Capital Spring Field while establishing policies and monitoring overall risk and performance. The Board also collaborates with the credit union's Leadership Team to develop strategic plans and priorities to support this direction.

Your Capital Spring Field Board of Directors serve three year terms. Associate members serve one year terms. Each year, Capital Spring Field members are notified of the Board members up for re election. Other nominations can also be made using the Write In Candidate Petition form.
